• If I am a Maryville R-II employee, can I reserve the PAC for free?

  • If you are reserving the PAC for a school related event, yes. If it is for an outside event, no.

• If I don't see an event on the upcoming events, does that mean the PAC is available?

  • No, not always. Classes meet throughout the school day as well as rehearsals in the evenings that are on the building calendar, but not the public calendar. 

• Do I need to reserve the PAC to use it, even if I don't need to use anything but the space?

  • Yes, please. A worker still needs to open the facility, turn lights on, etc., so we need to know when someone is in there.
